OUR STORY Founded in Rio de Janeiro in 1957, La Fiorentina was created by passionate Italians with a deep love for authentic Italian cuisine. Over the decades, it became one of Rio's most iconic restaurants and a landmark of the city's social scene. As Brazilian television flourished, countless actors, artists, and public figures chose La Fiorentina to enjoy genuine Italian food in a warm and elegant atmosphere. In 2024, after more than six decades of success in Rio de Janeiro, La Fiorentina began a new chapter in Europe. Guided by the same passion and commitment that defined its history, our mission remains unchanged: to offer outstanding Italian cuisine, exceptional service, and an unforgettable dining experience. Our kitchen is built on authenticity. We respect Italian culinary traditions and the rhythm of the seasons while embracing modern standards without compromising our identity. We prepare our fresh pasta in- house every day, use carefully selected ingredients, and craft each recipe from scratch, avoiding industrial shortcuts.
