Opened in 2015, By The Wine Lisbon is the flagship store and wine bar from José Maria da Fonseca, serving signature wines by the glass and carefully curated local snacks. The menu features homemade Algarvian bread, Iberian bellota ham, Guijuelo (Salamanca) cured meats, Portuguese cheese boards (especially Azeitão), Sado oysters, salmon ceviche, and carpaccio. Desserts are specially crafted to pair with Setúbal’s Muscatel wines.
