The Rubro brand was founded in April 2009 and currently has two restaurants: Rubro Campo Pequeno and Rubro Avenida. Rubro means fire, wine, celebration, passion and strength — values that reflect the identity and spirit of the brand. The Rubro concept is built around three essential pillars: Wine, Grill and Tapas. Based on the principles of authenticity, simplicity and conviviality, Rubro offers a product-driven cuisine where the quality of the ingredients takes centre stage, with simple, carefully prepared dishes full of flavour. Since opening, we have focused on matured beef, an area in which we have developed considerable expertise. The star of our menu is our famous Chuletón de Buey, an unmissable choice for true meat lovers.
