> Bistronomy is a result of a long-lasting passion for tastes and aesthetics of food. You can find us in Vydrica, a beautiful new neighborhood under the Bratislava castle. Our chef Jakub Röder has created a tasting menu that inventively reflects his style and use of seasonal ingredients. In the open kitchen, you can watch the chef´s team at work. All this, with relaxed atmosphere and friendly service, is there to create a special experience.
