Der Raum ist eine Hommage an das historische Erbe des Garums, der berühmten römischen fermentierten Fischsauce, und interpretiert diese auf zeitgemäße Weise neu. Mit einer intimen Ästhetik, die recycelte Materialien, Korklampen aus dem Alentejo und lokale Kunstwerke kombiniert, vermittelt das Restaurant eine einladende und kreative Atmosphäre.
