Met een verbinding met het land in de Algarve, Zuid-Portugal. Hun missie is om een platform te bieden voor de kleine, onafhankelijke projecten en producenten van de Atlantische en Andalusische kusten; kwaliteitsgedreven geesten die ons voorzien van seizoensgebonden ingrediënten en verhalen waar we trots op zijn om over te praten en die volgens ons een betere toekomst voor voedsel vertegenwoordigen, zowel in onze regio als daarbuiten.
