Garum Fish & Wine Bar is a project created in Graça by Filipe Rodrigues and Hugo Gouveia, also known for Taberna do Mar. With an intimate aesthetic that combines recycled materials, cork lamps from Alentejo, and local art pieces, the restaurant conveys a welcoming and creative atmosphere.
